What not to send us

We will never need these by email or through a web form, and neither will anyone legitimate.

Passwords or one-time codes

No legitimate firm will ask for these. If someone claiming to be us does, it is not us.

Full card numbers or CVV codes

Send the last four digits and the transaction references instead. That is enough for us to work with your bank.

Money, in any direction

No legitimate recovery process asks you to send funds in order to release funds. Advance release fees, tax clearance payments, and deposits demanded before your money comes back are the fraud continuing, not the recovery.
