Terms of Service

Covering both use of this website and the terms of a recovery engagement. The engagement agreement you sign is what actually governs your case — this page tells you what to expect from it.

Draft — requires legal review

The liability cap, governing law, and dispute resolution provisions below are placeholders. They must be set by a lawyer qualified in the jurisdiction where the entity is registered. Do not publish this page as-is.

1. Scope of these terms

These terms govern your use of this website and set out the framework for any recovery engagement with Block Pulse Global. Where the written engagement agreement you sign differs from this page, the engagement agreement governs — it is specific to your case, and this page is not.

3. No guarantee of recovery

We do not guarantee any recovery, and no figure published on this website — including success rates, average recovery percentages, or case study outcomes — is a prediction of what your case will achieve. Past outcomes describe past cases.

Our published success rate is calculated across cases we accept, and we decline cases we do not believe are recoverable. It is not a rate applied to every enquiry, and any firm presenting such a figure as a guarantee should be treated with caution.

4. When an engagement begins

Submitting an enquiry, requesting a consultation, or receiving a written assessment does not create a client relationship and obliges you to nothing. An engagement begins only when both parties have signed a written engagement agreement.

5. Your obligations

  • Provide accurate and complete information, including anything that weakens the case. We cannot assess a case properly on a partial account, and an incomplete record is often harder to work with than an unflattering one.
  • Provide documentation in a timely way where we request it. Delay is one of the four factors that most affect whether a recovery succeeds.
  • Tell us about any related proceedings, reports, or other advisers already involved.
  • Do not attempt to negotiate directly with the counterparty while we are acting for you without telling us first.
  • Meet any third-party costs you have authorised. Where a case needs court filings or local counsel, we agree those with you in writing before they are incurred.

6. Our obligations

  • Tell you honestly whether we think your funds are recoverable, including when the answer is no.
  • Assign a named case lead who remains your point of contact throughout.
  • Provide written updates on a fixed schedule, whether or not there is news.
  • Tell you promptly if a case stalls, why, and what the options are.
  • Provide a full accounting of what was recovered and what was not.
  • Maintain the insurance, registration, and compliance arrangements described on our About page.

7. Confidentiality

We treat your information as confidential and share it only as a case requires — with institutions, counsel, and regulators, as described in the Privacy Policy. We will not publish your case, your name, or any detail identifying you without written consent.

You should be aware that civil filings are a matter of public record in most jurisdictions. We will tell you before anything is filed and discuss what can be done to limit exposure.

8. Termination

You may terminate the engagement at any time, in writing, for any reason. On termination you are liable only for any third-party costs you have already authorised. You are not liable for our time, our work in progress, or any projection of what the case might have recovered.

We may terminate where continuing would require us to act unlawfully, where we reasonably believe the claim is fraudulent, or where a conflict arises that we cannot manage. Where we terminate, we will tell you why and hand over the case file.

9. Liability

[Liability cap and exclusions to be set by counsel in the governing jurisdiction.]

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Complaints

Raise it with your case lead first. If it is not resolved, escalate to the director named in your engagement agreement, or write to support@blockpulseglobal.com. Using this route does not require you to waive any legal right, and it does not affect any right you have to complain to a regulator or ombudsman in your jurisdiction.

11. Use of this website

The content on this site is provided for general information. It is not advice for your specific situation, and it may not reflect the current position in your jurisdiction. We aim to keep the legal resources accurate but cannot guarantee that they are current at the moment you read them.

Do not attempt to interfere with the operation of this site, submit fraudulent enquiries, or use the contact forms to send unsolicited commercial messages.

12. Governing law

[Governing law and dispute resolution venue to be set by counsel, together with the jurisdiction of registration.]
