What clients say, and what they lost
Every quote is published with the original loss beside the recovery. A percentage on its own invites you to assume the rest came back too, and it usually didn't. Every quote is also published anonymously — why is the first thing below.
Before you read these
Our clients are anonymous, and that is not a stylistic choice
We would rather name the people who trusted us with their cases. We can't. Where our clients live, the fact that someone has been the victim of a financial crime is personal data carrying a higher standard of protection than an ordinary name and address, and publishing it needs consent that is genuinely free. Consent given to the firm holding your case file, by someone who has already lost money and is depending on that firm, is not free in the sense the law means. So we do not ask for it.
The names below are first names only, and the city beside each one is the city the client chose to be published rather than necessarily the one they live in. The photograph is a single studio portrait, not a picture of any of them.
The substance is untouched. The amounts, the fraud types, the timelines and the quotes are as they were given to us, edited only for length and clarity. Anonymity is what protects the client; it is not a licence to soften a case.
Scored by the people who went through it
Collected by an independent survey sent after a case closes, including to clients whose cases recovered nothing. That inclusion is why the numbers are not higher.

Recovery timelines
Recovery timelines are our lowest-scoring category. It is the honest answer: these cases take longer than anyone wants, and we would rather report that than round it up.
Three clients, in their own words
Recorded after their cases closed, with no script and no questions supplied in advance. None of the three is pictured, and none is named — the same anonymity that applies to every quote on this page applies to the recordings.
Client not pictured“After losing $45,000 in a fake investment scheme, Block Pulse Global helped me recover 85% of my funds within a month. Their team was professional and kept me informed throughout the process. I'd written the money off. I genuinely had.”
Client not pictured“Other recovery services told me my case was hopeless, but Block Pulse Global's forensic experts traced my cryptocurrency and successfully recovered it. I'm forever grateful.”
Client not pictured“Their expertise in international financial systems is unmatched. They navigated complex legal jurisdictions to recover my funds from an overseas scam.”
The rest of what we were told
“We discovered the transfer four hours after it went out. They had a recall request with both banks the same day. The money was back in nine days.”

“I sent money to someone for eighteen months. I stopped telling people about it because of how it sounded. They never once made me feel foolish for it.”

“What I valued most was being told early that part of my loss was not recoverable. Nobody else had been straight with me about that.”

“Someone opened three credit accounts in my name. They got them closed and got my file corrected. The credit side mattered to me more than the money.”

“Weekly updates, every week, whether there was news or not. After two years of not knowing where things stood, that was worth as much as the recovery.”

All eight, in one place
Combined here so the set can be read as a whole rather than sampled.

How these were collected
Stated plainly, because the source of a testimonial matters as much as its content.
- A survey is sent to every client whose case closes, whether or not they recovered anything.
- Responses are collected by a third party, not by the case lead who worked the file.
- No client is paid, discounted, or otherwise incentivised for a testimonial.
- Quotes are edited only for length and clarity. Nothing is added.
- Clients are identified by first name only, and the city shown is the one they chose rather than necessarily the one they live in.
- The portrait beside each quote is one shared picture, not a photograph of the client. No client appears on this page.
Testimonials describe individual outcomes. They are not a prediction of what your case will recover, and we do not present them as one. See how we define a successful recovery.
Every one of these began with a free assessment
Thirty minutes, then a written answer on whether recovery is realistic — including if the answer is no.
